I agree with all of your negative comments!! I live in sherman square apartments which is owned by roxanne also (same owner as crestview). There is disquisting bugs everywhere which we complained about and never got anyone to come spray!! The management is very very rude and does not care about their tenants!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER RENT FROM CRESTVIEW OR SHERMAN SQUARE!!! Trust me, coming from personal experience, it would be a bad idea!!
