I moved into an "eviction unit". The staff at the apartment was extremely unprofessional, acted like they could not be bothered. In fact, when I went to view the apartment, I was simply given the keys and told to just go look at it by myself because the manager did not want to walk over. The apartment themselves are small and have old-ish appliances. I had one problem in the apartment the toilet kept overflowing, which they finally fixed after three calls....didn't save the carpet which molded from being wet and they refused to take care of. When I complained about the health concerns I was served with an eviction notice citing "unnecessary traffic". I lived alone and never had a party at the apartment....kept to myself and did not have more than two or three guests at a time on the weekends, so this way totally bogus. Best part, I was served with the eviction notice two days after Christmas and given 10 days to vacate. They tried making me pay pro-rated rent and to replace the carpet, but they will never see another dime from me.

This guy probably was a jerk to everyone, and deserved what he got!

I know exactly how u feel...the lady gave me a key and just had me look at the apartment myself...i would also recommend to anyone NOT to go there. It's a rip to have to pay 500 a month for basically half of an apartment.
