I have lived in Marina since February of 07'. The first night I moved in my new washer and dryer flooded the apartment. In the morning I didn't realize that it was the washer and dryer and called for maintenance. They graciously came to my apartment which so happened to be a Sunday. The maintenance AND the office manager cleaned the mess, hooked the washer and dryer up correctly and never complained or asked for compensation. We are very please to say that we live at Marina, and hopefully they will have us for a long time to come! THANK YOU MARINA!!!!
