To be honest for the money, they aren't bad. The only complaint I have is a major one. The manager is really, really nosey and never returns your phone calls..instead you get notes.

Personally I wold rather have a "nosey" apartment manager then one that lets a convicted murder live right next door, and the go tell that murder that I complained about his dog poop, like my last apartment complex did! I'm glad Marina Apartment management is "nosey" and I am very grateful... You should be too!!!
