I personally would recommend no one to live here. I had drug dealers that partied all hours of the night every night. Their music was loud from the time I got home from work until I woke up or ALL WEEKEND LONG. The managment stated that my blinds were broke and kept $50 bucks from me when they were in the same condition from when I moved in. Air Condition broke in heat of summer, we had to go stay in a Motel and the apartments wouldn't pay for the night when it was their fault we had to do it. Over bad bad bad!!!!

If you lived in a house it would take time for a heating and cooling company come out. Don't understand why you would blame the apartment property for this.
