Agree with other poster. This place is crap and I don't even think it's cheap! First off they charge for water and trash which they don't point out on sites like rent.com. And they keep 50.00 of your initial deposit no matter how clean your apartment is.

For what I'm paying I could stay at Bogey Hills or Sandalwood. Those might be crap too, but at least they have an exterior entrance. I have to go inside and up some stairs to get to my apartment. It's right next to a hallway door that bangs and frequently wakes me up in the middle of the night.

And I can hear every noise made by everyone on my whole floor and everyone outside who drives by. Sometimes I hear noise above me and I live on the top floor!!! I can only assume it is maintenance on the roof or squirrels I am hearing. I can't even complain about the noise because it is just average-level television or music that I am hearing booming through my paper-thin walls.

And I am not prejudiced against other races or younger people but my whole building seems to consist of -------- (nothing against 'em but I HATE mexican music) and kids who don't even look old enough to have graduated from high school. Living here is like being in a low-low-low rent dormatory.

The garbage disposal was broken when I moved in and it took them 8 days to come fix it. They had to put in a new range before I moved in and they left thekitchen floor all dirty. The front-door deadbolt has been moved so many times my door doesn't fit right in the casing and I'm always afraid people can break in.

I rented this apartment from another state without being able to visit so I knew I was taking a risk, but this isthe worst apartment I've ever seen. I'm only a few weeks into my lease and I already want to move. I'd give it a zero if I could :/
