It is not worth the money. Not a lot per dollar. We had about 1100 sq ft apartment, the living space was chopped up and nearly useless. The bedrooms were good size but they were right next to one another. Maintainence is a joke. The toilet runs on it's own and has for 9 months even after repeated requests to fix. The ac/ furnace is horrible. It is either running constantly or not at all and can never keep an even temp. We had the thermostat fixed once and looked at another time, they said no problems. Our electric bill says other- wise. parking is not assigned and haven't had a huge problem, except with door dings, which you will get anywhere. If they are going to do outside maintainence the warning is miniaml or none. Had to spend two week parking about three complexes done. There is only a pool and tennis court, nothing else.
