The management here is terrible. Once you sign on the dotted line the 'friendly' atmosphere goes out the window. Complaints about a strange smell under the bathroom sink were 'fixed' by putting a new piece of wood in. Three times!!!! Still smells like mildew. I now smell it in the laundry closet. Lighting on the porches is NEVER replaced. I have lived here going on two years and NOT ONCE has management put a bulb in and it was one item I stressed to the guy I rented from. There has been a car in front of my apartment going on two months. Person does not live here, it has not moved and the plates are about to expire. I am getting ready to break my lease. Most of my neighbors are friendly and nice, although they are mostly young adults in their 20's.

Unless you want to know what it's like to live in ---- Germany, don't live here. You are treated as though you can't see the imperfections, absolutley no follow up and over-priced shoeboxes to live in. I have beautiful furniture, expensive area rugs and paintings, but nothing made this apartment look good. Oh, and the steps are falling apart. I hope they hold up so I can get my furniture out.
