I have lived here for almost 5 years while saving for a house. Today they put out a
notice that barbeques would not be allowed...AT ALL!! Only propane and 25 feet away from the building. This is ridiculous.
Everyones review of the management and maintenance is dead on. I have never had them come by even once to replace furnace filters in 5 years. Management is horrible, and mean. I am paying $600 a month for a TINY one bedroom, after 5 years of never being late with a payment.
Talking to people who just moved into the same size unit, are paying nearly $200 less.
If you plan on moving to Saint Charles, do
not even consider this complex. The Hot Tub never works, and the pool is smaller than an Hotel pool.
Please take this advice, I have no axe to grind, I just want people to know what they
are getting into.

The reason no more Bar B que pits are allowed is some people abused the right to do so. After fires they no longer allow. My upstairs neighbor threw hot coals on bushes in front of my patio and started a fire. Till some people are more responsibile they should not play with fire. My safety and my childs safety is important to me. I am glad they did this. The office staff has been a pleasure to deal with, I have had some issues and they are quick to get maintenance out to fix. Thank you.

Thanks for the heads up, I was seriously looking at this place but no bbq is a deal breaker. If someone violated the rules and caused property damage they should be evicted, the entire complex should not be penalized for what a few jackasses do. Every other complex in the area allows bbq pits, it is not that much of a fire hazard especially with gas grills. I will be looking elsewhere.
