Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
Dont move to Remington unless you want to deal with AC units that are 20 plus years old, if you live upstairs be prepared to deal with 80-82 degrees in your apartment with the ac on 60, the air condition runs nonstop and our electric bills are over 200.00

good luck trying to get one replaced, we have lived here 4 years and this will be our last year here 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
