I lived their for a year and yes maintenace people will enter your apartment whenever they want without calling or letting you know....that is scary. yes they have spider issues, apartment smells like mold and when i moved out i left everything clean....the carpet did have some food stains in the dining area that i did attempt to clean but didnt come out all the way well i get a letter from them literally 5 days after i moved out that i owe them over 500.00 pluse they were keeping my deposit because they had to replace the carpet, i immediately went to go see the apt. manager Cookie who was very rude and REFUSED to let me see the new carpet....YEP...its HARD to believe that they had the WHOLE carpet changed in 5 days and she couldnt show me that.....RIP OFF!!! I wonder how many people they do this to. SO if this happens to you make sure you report them to the better business bureu.
