Horrible Place to live...

This place may look nice at first, yet the parking is horrible and it is hard to find a place to park at night unless its a 4 minute walk to your door step. The apartments stay 87 degrees when the air conditioner is set to 70 degrees. I have had thier maitenence men in here 8 times and it is still not working right. Also, the pool was a nasty brown in the winter and not there is no life guard on duty with teenagers performing inappropriate acts IN the pool. (During hours pool hours and after) I would NOT let my children play in that pool. Then they try to charge you $50 for a pool pass if you loose it. For a small piece of plastic.
I can't forget to mention the vandalism that occurs. Management doesn't care about what happens ESPECIALLY if you HAVE to part on the street. Since it is not in a parking lot they are not responsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. THE LOWER PRICES ARE NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE.
