I moved in with my fiance about 2 months ago. I think it is ridiculous to have to pay a servicing fee to pay your gas/electric bills, even though they don't even include them in your rent. Not so bad, but a major rip off. The fact that the air conditioners do not work is BULL, how can they tell us it's working to it's fullest capability'' Well, OBVIOUSLY it's fullest capabaility is working 20% towards the temperature we need. One thing I love is the fact that we cannot hear our neighbors, but they might just be quiet as they are all 45 in age. The pool is BULL. It opened waaay late and was green and closed for two weeks. Then, there is ALWAYS little hoodlums running around at 11 p.m. at night and I mean FIVE YEAR OLD CHILDREN who are BLACK, WHITE, AND MEXICAN. Yes, all three. I am not being racist, there are tons of white children out there too! I don't think it's as bad as most apartments out there at least. Parking is a crock, as in the washer/dryer when people leave their clothes in there all night and there is only one for every what 10 people' Pay $1.25 for a small a$$ wash or dry... that's crap.
