I have lived here since June 2006, and I have had nothing but problems. There has been mold in the master bedroom closet twice, in the freezer, and in the dishwasher. Maintainance requests have gone unanswered for up to 3 days. Our electric bill one month over the summer was $200, yet we were still sweating like crazy inside. We complained about our ac not working, and they worked on it, but it never got any better. The new management now takes the rent money out the same day they receive the check, even if it is not yet the first of the month. The rent is never the same 2 months in a row. Why are we charged a service fee' This is just probably covering the postage for them to mail us our rent bill. What a waste of money! They have started putting on new roofs, but the construction workers are leaving behind huge messes! They are repaving the roads, but ppl are driving on them before they are completely set, so they already have cracked. There are always ppl standing out on the road working on their cars and blocking the road. I have seen many children come very close to getting hit by a car because they are playing in the road. There are always children of all ages running around outside with no adult supervision. This is getting pretty bad. I can't wait until it's time for me to leave. I will not renew my lease and I will not recommend this complex to anyone.
