If you've got bad or no credit, this is the place for you. While its not the most upkept, the staff is nice, and willing to accept anyone. For those looking for a more mature, safe, and worth-the-money apartment this is NOT.

The rent here is not worth what you get, matenince frequently comes into your home without prior-knowladge to you, etc, etc.
