These apartments SUCK. We are breaking the lease early just to get out of here. The staff is horrible! The appliances are old and break all the time. The roads are cracked and there is mud patches all over the grass. It takes them forever to mow the grass. Now they have one dumpster we're suppose to put our trash in for all the apts. For an extra hundred and fifty dollars you can have a town house with new appliances. The neighbors are noisy. And now I've been seeing lots of trashy ppl come in here. And they let their kids run the streets. I constantly have to put on my breaks b/c some little kid is running behind or in front of my car when their mother is standing right there not saying anything. There are cars parked on the side of the road and constantly speeding through there. This is the worst mistake I've ever made. I can't wait to get out of here in a week! We're telling them at the last min. too. The staff is really trashy. And they lied to get us in here. PLEASE don't move here. ANYWHERE is better than here.

I agree completely. I'm not breaking my lease because I don't want to pay these slum lords the $1500.00. But this place is trash. They're painting it and trying to give it the "appearance" of nice, but this place is full of drug dealers and welfare scum. People sit on their front "porches" and smoke pot while their kids run all over the place bouncing balls off of cars. The speedbumps in the driveway are a joke and cause damage to cars even when going slowly over them. The "new management" NEVER responds to resident questions/complaints and does nothing about the lack of parking. I know all apartments have problems but this place is a joke.
