First of all, we were told our rent was $795 and included water and trash. A month after we moved in they started tacking money on for water and our rent changed to $830! The apartment complex is dirty and full of drugs and low-lifes. People hanging outside at all hours of the night dring and doing drugs. This is not the place for you if you have children. This place is not worth the money they charge. They have outdated appliances and fixtures, and everything is old and scrathed or banged up. There is no cabinet space in the kitchen. And beware when you move in because they dont hardly clean a thing before a new tenant is moved in. The toilets, baths and baseboards were disgusting! There is never anywhere to park either! On a good note, maintainace was always quick to repair any problems if that makes a differance. My suggestion is to send out letters to all of the residents and ask their opinions on what areas need improvement or repairs.
