It's absolute horrible!! 1st they tell you that your rent will be blank amount of dollars and then you receive your bill and it's approx $75 more for whatever extra expenses they can dream up (legally, of course). There is at least 1 pit bull (dog) at each building, which they tell you they have restrictions. They said the pool would open early and stay open late in the season but the loose rock (they promised to fix) was NEVER repaired and the pool (in general) is disgusting. The drugs and the low lifes are way in abundance. My 9 yr old son won't even go outside to play and gets upset if I leave the apartment for any length of time without him. They have moved a few police officers in to "control" the situation but the only time I see them are when they are called for something specific or if they are in the parking lot flirting with female residents. The roads are horrible and need attention!! The manager lives offsite in a very nice home and the only reason she got the job here is because she is friends with the manager of the leasing company. She has no "cares" for this place AT ALL!! Just a paycheck but it's living condition for people like you & me that wanna pay our rent, have a pool, and raise our kids in a decent environment. This IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
