We moved..

Over the past (I'd say 4) months, this place has gone from beautiful to ghetto. I lived there for almost a year and a half while my fiance had lived there for almost 3 years. The pool always sucked with gravel and opening VERY late. However, that was the *least* of our concerns!
Police are constantly in and out of here.. they search people JUST walking in the complex after dark. They ALWAYS have someone pulled over (primarily if it's a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night). There is a LOT of fighting between races AND genders. There is A LOT of drug dealing and I've been *TOLD* that there was a meth lab.. can't confirm that though.
They spend THOUSANDS of dollars on landscaping... but yet your air conditioner stops working after it hits 80 degrees outside.. and your dishwasher.. just don't expect dishes to actually get clean. Your balcony' Better check for termites!
We moved because I am over 8 months pregnant and we wanted our (my step) son to be able to play outside and not worry about getting hit by a speeding car or beat up by some *group* of 10 kids who dress the same....!
Pets' I agree with the last person who posted. While there are "restrictions" - pitbulls were of abundance!
RENT also, goes up. Unlike most places who when you have been renting there and stay, your dollar amount stays as well... we originally rented at $625 and now it's $700 .. NOT WORTH IT unless you like living with crime.
