Our lease is up at the end of this month and it can't come fast enough. The new management is terrible. Village Green took over a few months ago and this place has gone from not great but liveable to downright BAD. The staff in the office are rude and talk to you like you're 5. This place has never been great but at least the old office staff was nice when you came to them with something. ---- is a joke. He is rude and when you bring something to him about how they lost your rent check AGAIN he acts like I'm the one who did something wrong. ----- is the same way. She'll say "I'll look into and get back to you" and she never does. The last 2 or 3 months this place has gotten more ghetto. Cops are here on a daily basis. The apartment that burned up 3 months ago is still boarded up and stinks. There is still only 1 dumpster to service 18 buildings, cars are being broken in to, (mines been busted into 3 times in 2 months) partitions and buildings are rotting, there is dog poop everywhere you look, they lose your rent check and still say it's your fault when you show them a receipt that THEY HAVE SIGNED! We renewed our lease before this new company came in because our old leasing girl was so great. If only we had known she'd be kicked out of her job in a couple of short months for these awful people to come in..... Do not rent here. If you look here during the day and think it's not so bad, come again at about 11pm and see the cops, drug dealers, illegal immigrants for yourself. You will regret it everyday that you live here. We have cops here at least 5 days of the week. Mostly at night. I'm afraid to walk my dog by myself after dark. The laundry 'facility' is only one washer and one dryer per building. And it's expensive and in the dark basements. You'd be better off and safer going to a laundromat. The walls are poorly insulated and if you live under someone, you can hear everything they do and everything they SAY. I can hear full conversations from my upstairs neighbors. The pool is never opened on time (10am). Usually its about 11am before you can go in there but you can bet that they are on time closing it every night. The only bright spot here is the mait. guys. They are always friendly and very helpful if you go to them directly. Do not rent here! You will regret it!!!!

Agreeing 100%. ---- is useless. The girls are ridiculous. Illegals and drugs are rampant. The trash in the dumpster overflows constantly and there is always furniture/appliances that sit for weeks before they remove it. I've only ever seen two people pick up after their dogs. They send these letters saying that you can only have patio furniture on the patios or they will remove it for you and charge you but they never follow through so all the patios are trashed and look terrible. The looks of this place alone should be enough to keep new residents out. It looks trashy and the office staff is rude.

Recently I heard that (once again) they lowered the age of rental back to 18.. anyone who's been there for a while knows what happened the last time.. ohh let's see.. meth lab raid in bldg #6 where they had to use flash-bangs, bldg #1 had 2 kids living in an apartment rented by their father and running around the complex day & night. Think i still have the pics from the last time the sheriff did a raid.. rounded up about 25-30 people
