I have lived her for three years.
We have an upstairs apartment but our new downstairs neighbor has an extremely loud dog that howls when she leaves. Apartment staff has changed, the new manager seems nice and professional, however many of the other office workers are snotty, mean, and extremely unprofessional.
The landscaping is beautiful.

I agree the staff is very rude, especially the assistant manager!
