I have lived there from September of 2002 to February 2003. The service is good. When you say somehting needs attention, they get on it, if not the same day then the next. They may not make an effective repair - but they are responsive. The major problem is that the walls are thin and they rent to rude people whoo have little consideration for their neighbors. I lose a lot of sleep because my neighbors come in late (as in after 1:00 am) and make lots of noise talking, playing games/music, slamming doors etc. When I ask the management to do somethng they say call the police....
