The staff hated me from the day I walked in the building. They screwed me out of moving in the day I was supposed to and I had shown up with a truck and all of my stuff. They make MANY MANY false promises and raise the rent if they do not like you. Also, they will not fix problems with the apartment or even believe that there are problems. The place is trashy, the people are trashy, they do not take care of their customers. When it is icy out, they will not do anything to fix it. Many people have gotten hurt but the staff does not care. If you have animals, they will charge you out the ass for them. I cannot wait to get out of here!!! The apartment, when I moved in, was so dirty. They did not even clean it!!! Carpet was stained, torn, burned, the place stunk of piss, the counters had crusty food on them, the faucets and sinks had mold and scum. This is THE WORST place to ever possibly live. Trust me, anyone who lives or has lived here will say the same things. Also, the parking sucks, and the neighbors are very VERY NOISY. This is not a good place to let kids run around because there are horny, nasty old men and very low class people here.
