I lived at Sunbrook for about a year and a half and had no problems. I stayed in a loft. The office staff was always very friendly and the maintenance men seemed very knowledgable in their job. The convenience of the location was very nice. Everything that you need is right there. If I wasn't moving out of state for business I would have stayed there forever.
