i was in a studio that was old, smelly, and had 2 atepmed brake-ins while i was there. I lived there for 6 months and wanted to brake my lease from it so i upgraded to a 2 bdrm. My leasing agent told me and a roomate we would recieve the specials and move in with only a $380 move-in cost. She then called me 3 times and uped it untill it reached over $800!!!!! Then over one month later i was sent a bill from a collections agentcy for $141 for "damages" that i had sited on the damage report sheet BEFOR i moved in and from damages that occured when people where tring to brake in!!!!!! I was never given a list of items that were damaged, just a verbal assesment after the bill came and i had to argue with the leasing agents.

What are you trying say? Your incoherent ramblings make no sense. Obviously you can't spell so you probably can't add and that's why you owe them money, or is it because you're dirty and you don't know how to clean up after yourself? I have always been treated kindly when I am in the office. I like my apartment and would recommend Sunbrook.
