I have lived at Sunbrook aor 10 years now. First in a 1 bedroom loft then move to a 2bedroom. I had few tiny problems, but nothing major. My Daughter is a property manager for a place in Ohio so when I do have a problem I call her to for advice.

First of all many people who write bad reviews are upset because they do not read anything they sign, or they are Ok with something when they sign it but when it applies to them it all of the sudden is not fair. Either that or they were evicted,or left the apartment in bad shape. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
