RENTERS BEWARE!

I would not recommend this complex. To be fair it has the same issues any other apartment has??thin walls, badly plastered walls, poorly insulated windows, drug dealers on the premises, outdated appliances, scarce parking, etc. A few problems that Sunbrook had that were extreme were: MOLD (a lot of it), loud young tenets, a poorly managed leasing office, car vandalism, poor 24 hour repair service, far away mail boxes, extreme lack of security, poor heating and air conditioning systems, and highway robbery-like maintenance and repair cost after you vacate. I am a business professional, I understand that some people will never be satisfied. However, I have never been known for complaining. I found a much better complex one exit up from them with even lower rent! The office puts on a decent show, but please beware, you have been warned.
