This place is a horrible dump.
Its a Goverment Funded Minority Complex.
The Natives are not easy to get a long with, noise is a horrible problem and sunbrook does nothing to fix it. Had a socket in the bathroom bad for 4 months and is still not fixed and had a leak with mold in the closet that leaked all over my computer equipment and the apt would do nothing to cover the costs. We tried moving out, but they want a 30 day notice and 800$ fee to break a lease.
