I only needed a short term stay while I sold one house and was having another built. The office staff was professional and helpful. There are not a lot of options for short-term leases in St. Charles and I didn't want to be in a hotel. Sunbrook worked very well for my needs and when I told people at work where I lived I found out that many people know about it. They had either lived there, their kid lives there, or had a friend who lived there.
I stayed for two months and everything for me was fine. No money or deposit hassels after I moved out either.
