Okay, I moved in during the winter. Every other place I visited was dirty, scary bad landscaping...you know not taken care of. Then I get to SUnbrook and they have all of these pretty tulips, the sidewalks were clean, the clubhouse was clean. It was great. I knew that they would take care of the inside by what it looked like on the outside. And when I moved in, my new place was clean and taken care of too.
