I hate this complex. They have a lovely facade for everything but when you get up close everything is worthless. The pool is dirty, none of the exercise equipment works, I have never seen the hot tub cleaned, the "lounge" is disgusting and I wouldn't sit on their furniture for fear of needles poking me from the cushions (yes THOSE needles), the prices for the laundromat are outrageous - when it's open! The office staff is wonderful until you sign on the bottom line -then they couldn't care less about you. They are extremely rude and rarely adhere to the office hours and heaven forbid they wake up from their drunken slumber on a saturday morning to unlock the clubhouse/laundry room. The tennis courts are downright dangerous, as well as they sand volleyball that has so many rocks and sticks in it that someone could easily get hurt. I had to call the police one night because I thought I heard a gunshot in a nearby apartment. I never feel safe anywhere even to go get my mail! And don't even try to call and talk to a manager because they are in another state! I have less than 2 months left on my 12 month lease and I can't wait until the last day I see this place. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
