I have lived here 18 months. In those 18 months, the building has caught on fire (admittedly that was a resident's fault and not the apartment complex) and my closet ceiling has caved in TWICE from a maintenance worker walking around on the roof cleaning out gutters. TWICE in six months. The second time was today. I came home and there was literally a flood in two rooms of the apartment ruining all of my clothes, AND my new wedding dress. I called the emergency hotline and they said they couldn't even get anyone out until tomorrow morning EVEN THOUGH it is leaking through the roof of the guy who lives below me. There are loud parties here all of the time, the sidewalks are always icy, none of the equipment in the workout room is EVER working, and the office staff is rude. They wouldn't even agree to reimburse me for all of the laundry i had to do the LAST time my ceiling caved in. If the roof is going to collapse my ceiling due to someone WALKING on it to clean the gutters, it is obviously poorly constructed. The picture I added was from the first time the roof cracked. At least that time they had someone out here the same day. This time is 100 times worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
