I have lived in this apartment complex for six months, and I am MOVING OUT!!!! It has been and will be the worst place I have ever lived! I will never return or refer this complex to anyone! Unless your used to living around residents that are nothing more then trash who drain every positive thing out of your living situation. Sun brook apartments are a complete nightmare! On any given day no matter of time or who is watching the Drug users and drug dealers who reside in the apartments are out roaming around and will knock on your door asking for donations telling the tenants that they are collecting for their church or what not and they will not take no for an answer. There are constant sloppy, ghetto looking individuals lurking around looking in the cars looking in the floor level apartment windows. Every single one of the Maintenance Porters that they have supposedly working, do nothing but stand around watching all the female tenants in their bikinis walking to the pool. I'm not exactly positive but I could of swore i saw one of the porters on a sex offender website, don't take my word for it though. Noise is constant from all areas whether it is outside or your neighbors below or behind you. There is trash constantly all over the grounds and people will just leave their trash bags outside the apartments for all kinds of squirrels and other creatures to tear into it at night and spread it around further. Everyone has pit-bulls and other large aggressive breed of dogs which I was told upon renting these particular breeds were not allowed, well either the mangers have no clue as to what kind of dogs pit-bulls are, but on three different occasions myself as well as my dogs were almost attack by these dogs who are probably being trained to fight, I thought Michael Vick was incarcerated, or did her move into Sun brook' These people who own the dogs will have more than one as well! I had to pay 400.00 non refundable pet deposit and I know I am one of the selective residents that was suckered into paying to have my dogs live with me legally. These people never have their dogs on a leash or well behaved or cleaned up after! I highly doubt the dogs are all up to date on their on shots and vaccines! everything that I was told by management that was not allowed, happens there is a constant fights in the parking lot between drunk sloppy looking people who are intoxicated and do not care who hears them or sees them. I woke up one morning to find my car's headlights broken and my hood dented as well as my passenger hazard light ripped out, and there was clear foot print on the hood of my car. When I made a police report the officer told me that sun brook has been a haven for all kinds low-life riff raff. When I try to discuss my concerns with the management office The individual I discussed this with was one of the rudest human beings I have ever met, the management office at sun brook really needs to start replacing their lack of intelligent employees with people who actually have a college degree and some sort of business etiquette, But then again doesn't it even require a degree to Lie and misrepresent the company you work for. If you live here do not expect your car to look the same do not expect that the people you are going to living around respect your living style. As putting in the exact words of the general manager response to my comments and concerns about how unhappy the whole living experience has been was a typed letter left in my doorknob of my apartment stating that she was sorry she was no longer going to be able rape me in rent payments that unfortunately safety is not a guarantee they can provide and ( this is the best part) CRIME HAS NO ADDRESS! Well I have found out that the manager is wrong about her statement and crime does have an address its Sun brook Apartments! If you are not used to living in the slum boonsocks and consider yourself a member of the higher class of society whom is more responsibility then hanging around being a complete waste of space as well as drain on the upstanding working citizens of our society then DO NOT I repeat DO NOT!live here! You will regret every single moment! I guarantee you will absolutely loathe coming home! This place is corrupt, unsafe, unsanitary and there is nothing you can do about it and there will never be anything done about it. It doesn't matter how many times you call and complain or call the police! The losers of society will just keep doing exactly what they want to do! My suggestion is if you can afford to live anywhere else then do it and do not even take this place into consideration, Look somewhere else! The attempt at making the place look safe with making the landscape look nice is just a mirage of the FILTH that is actually taking place inside the walls of the buildings. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

I stll live there, but will get out of hell soon. The neighbor above me must have some kind of gym equipment because I hear it all hours. Very inconsiderate and yes, Office management at sunnyHELLbrook sucks. I mean I once had the manager there say they are always right. WTF! I pay my rent on time, work hard, and when I come home, its the drunk and drugged out people starting stuff.

I had he same experience with the ------- in the front office. They have no people person skills and can burn in hell for the way they treated me and my mother.
