First off, management seemed to me like a bunch of party animals, that dont know how to run anything. In my 2 years living there, my air conditioning went out 4 times, my apartment windows were vandalized by some so called peeping toms, my walk way flooding in the summer and freezing in the winter, which of course made it really hard to walk through and cased me to fall, and sprang my ankle. The maintenance guys wont stop flirting/ starting at the young ladies, instead of doing there jobs. Anyways to get to the point. Sunbrook is suing me for leaving (breaking my lease) now i cant find another place to live since then..
i dont know why anyone would choose sunbrook, in the 2 years i was there, our place's parking got paint balled, shot guns were shot, the police came, not to mention i saw a man holding a handgun walk right past me and throw the gun in the trash..
bad place to live.....
