I've been at this apartment for about 2 1/2 months. Everything started ok, but now it's just frustrating and getting into a situation I don't like. The walls are incredibly thin, so I can hear my neighbor's screaming baby at all hours of the day and night. I also got to listen to another neighbor's screamfest and door slamming contest. There are potholes in the parking lot that are damaging my tires and after each snowfall I've had only a goat path filled with ice to my apartment - very unsafe. These pale in comparison with this "Customer Satisfaction is our goal" hypocrisy. They had a glitch in their system with the online rent, so I paid what it told me, figuring that it would be accurate. Well, it wasn't and I got a note on my door stating that I needed to pay the other $150 by the next day or my account would be penalized. Upon calling the rental office, there was no sympathy with the situation; they just demanded their money. So much for customers first. As soon as my lease ends, so will my money to this company.
