I lived at Sunbrook last year and apparently nothing has changed. Besides being over priced, the management sucked. They were never in the office and when they were in they ignored their tenants. Issues with the apartment were never addressed. If they were addressed it took them days to finish the job. The walls are paper thin. I lived on the top floor and could hear my neighbors below and next to me. Cars were vandalized in the parking lot and the cops were frequent visitors. The back of the complex was nicknamed drug haven and there were always noise complaints. But i think the worst part was the amount of space you paid for. My apartment felt more like an over sized hotel room. Trust me if your looking for an apartment you should skip this complex and move on to the next. Sunbrook isn't worth the headaches or money that's put into it.

You must be an idiot. Your comment about the space tells the whole story. You did look at the apartment before you rented right. So how can you complain about paying for a small space. You knew what you were getting and yet you tell us how stupid you were for doing it. Yeah, well take this serious.

I think expose11 is one of the members of managment.I was frauded by one of the employee`s and then they put me on TransUnion for $600.00 that goes again`st my credit.There has got to be a lot more people that got screwed by them.
