Sunbrook is by far the worse place that I have ever lived. I was there for 2 1/2 years and the entire time it was horrible. When I first moved in I lived in one of the studio apartments. The rent was horrible. You get maybe 300 square feet and have to pay almost 500 bucks. The AC in that unit leaked all the time in the summer to the point where it was starting to ruin the carpet. I had maintenance out there so many times just to fix the AC. Parking was horrible you always ended up having to walk half way around the complex to get to your apartment. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything that goes on in every apartment around you. I then moved to a 2 bedroom and the space was no better. My aunt and Husband lived with me at that time and the maintenance staff was horrible at cleaning the drains. It rained one day and flooded the parking lot and at least 10 car had water damage because of their lack of maintenance. The staff was horrible to deal with. They were rude and made you feel like you were an idiot. There was a lady who told me that my rent was 630 instead of 635 and then I got yelled at because that is what I paid the next time and she swore she never said that. The complex treats you like you are a burden to them. I would never recommend that anyone ever live there again. They have had stabbings and break ins a lot. There are a lot of drug dealers and sex offenders that live there and it will make children feel uncomfortable. I don't think anyone should have to be put through that.
