Slightly Better Than The Dorms

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived in Broadmoor for a year and a half. In that time my dishwasher never worked. I called about it 3 times before I gave up and decided it wasn't worth it anymore. I also experienced a bad spider problem. I can't even count how many times I came home to find one in the center of my bedspread. The apartments are cheap (in rent and quality) and I wouldn't recommend anyone not a college student to move in.
