i have had a horrible experience with broadmoor! i felt that they tried to take advantage of me because i am a college student- i had to put a $600 depeosit down on a one bedroom- almost 2x the rent! also at any given point one of my appliances was not working. on top of the fact that the staff was not ever friendly or helpful. my lease is up in two months and i am already looking for a place to move to so i can get out as soon as possible!
