I lived at Broadmoor for a year. The week we moved in the bathroom ceiling fell in, apparently because the apartment above us had a leak in the tub gasket. Maintainence never fixed it. My car was broken into within a month and they stole my stereo. About three months later the bathroom ceiling fell in again, this time because of the upstairs toilet gasket leaking. Of course, the exhaust fan never worked in the bathroom again and mold started growing. Our dishwasher never worked. The people above us partied constantly and we couldn't sleep through the noise. Maintainence, security, and management was a joke. We finally broke our lease with managements approval. However, about two weeks after leaving, we were called and told we couldn't break our lease after all and that we owed the entire amount. We did not pay and are now in debt collection because of it.
