If you are looking to move off campus it is better than Brittany Village or some of those other iffy places, but you definitly won't want to stay there long. They have so many units they really don't care about you or taking care of your unit and they don't do a good job of keeping older people and familys in one section and college kids in another. And if you are in college, be ready to get blamed for everything that goes wrong in your section. One nice thing, lots of people live in broadmoor so you can often party hop....but the cops come by quite often so you had better not be a minor. Plus parking is a complete nightmare. And don't go to the pool, the stories I've heard would shut the whole place down. Also, its probably best to get a unit with a w/d hookup and then get a w/d instead of using their facilities, you have to pay out the butt and the dryer ALWAYS burns your clothes, even on the lowest setting. Finally, the staff is for the most part cranky...at every moment...even when you are coming in to pay your rent 6 months in advance.
