I lived at Broadmoor for a year while going to school. I shared the apt with two roomates and we lived in the three room apts- in section H so we were not in the "college section" but more the family section

The apartment was decent we got one with a washer dyer hookup.It was your basic run of the mill apartments. Nothing fancy but not terrible, in my opinion better than living in the dorms, great for college students looking for a basic place. There are alot of college students that live there so there will be parties that go on in different sections and the average noise level of a complex although the different sections are noisier on thursday and friday nites .
Television options, Your best bet is to get cable otherwise you get two channels- channel 16 and kq2 .
Seems like we had pretty fast turnaround time on our maintenance calls the only big problem we had was a leaky dishwasher.
In the summer we had ants but the exterminator came either once a month or every other month and that helped alot.

I got home in the eve and parking in front of my building was hard to come by but the community section lot always had openings and wasn't too far from my apt.
It is a big complex and i usually saw the security guard making nightly rounds. We would walk around the complex in the eve and I always felt safe.
The grounds guys are always mowing. seemed like at least once a week if not more often.
Its not the fanciest but did just fine for me as a college student.

I live here now, We have cockroaches and spiders, they said they sprayed, but Im not so sure anymore. Also, we have new carpet but it looks like ----, we have 2 broken cabinets that were coming off when we moved in and then finally just broke off. Our dishwasher is horrible and rusty, but they said they couldnt replace it until it completely just stopped working, also they said if they had to replace it, it would come out of our deposit - which is F*ing b.s... also, one of my friends apartments got broken into and had money and other items stolen.. the maintance man just walked in our house without knocking. RUDE and scared me. Creeps me out to see random ppl walking around at night when I'm coming home from work. Would you like me to keep going? Okay - well, our pipes are so old we cant even use Draino to get the pipes cleaned out because it will ROT THE PIPES! how horrible is that.. I can hear everything our neighbors are doing - not exactly pleasant to hear at 3am. (meaning the walls are very paper thin). Our oven doesnt have the temperature on it so we have to leave it where it is and hope our food doesnt burn.
