Its not too bad nothing fancy - I lived at Broadmoor for a year while going to school. Slightly Better Than The Dorms I lived in Broadmoor for a year and a half. In that time my dishwasher never worked. I called about it 3 times before I gave up and decided it wasn´t worth it anymore. I also experienced a bad spider problem. I can´t even count how many times I came home

Not the best choice If you are looking to move off campus it is better than Brittany Village or some of those other iffy places, but you definitly won't want to stay there long. They have so many units they really don't care about you or taking care of your unit and they don't do a
