I love it here - I love my apartment. In the summer I sit on my balcony and enjoy the beautiful trees. Before, I lived in a high rise in the city. It is peaceful and quiet here. The staff and maintenance are friendly and go out of their way to help me. My friends want to move out here and the waiting list to get in is several months. Excellent Location - I could not have had a better experience in this buidling. I lived on the first floor and had no issues with noise. Their is new management that is really on top of things. Great Location - I have lived with my parents in Lafayette Square all my life and am now going to SLU. This place was a perfect for me because of its proximity to each. 2 minutes from home (mom and dad's), 2 minutes from school. I have read all the comments about caroline and I have to say I dont agree with some.
