I can't wait to get out of here.
The first year we loved it--staff was friendly, no complaints with the apartment itself, just usual wear and tear.
The second year taught us that no matter how good of a tennant you are, the biggest ------- neighbor will prevail. The staff will kiss any complainer's ass just to shut them up. So future tennants, beware--it does not matter if YOU ARE NOT EVEN HOME WHEN THE COMPLAINT OCCURS, the staff will still follow through with the complaint.
As for the noise, I've been renting apartments for 10 years, and Autumn Oaks is no different than other apartments--YOU SHARE WALLS, DEAL WITH IT OR RENT A HOUSE.
But, future tennants, remember this before you choose this complex: 75% OF THE NOISE COMPLAINTS THAT THE ------- NEIGHBOR REPORTED AGAINST ME WAS WHEN I WASN'T EVEN HOME--DO I HAVE A NOISY GHOST' But I was still left accountable for it. I'm out of there as soon as my lease is up.
According to the high turnover of neighbors in my building, I do not think I am the only one that has problems with the "picture perfect" place.
