As of 1/9/04, all of the negative reviews are false statements. The residents that have posted these statements have been in violation of our policies and their lease agreement,they have damaged the apartment, they have not registered a pet, and are overdue on rent and/or owe for damages.
Only in an emergency situation would we enter an apartment without prior notice. If that happens we contact the resident. If you have any question about the reviews, please contact us.
