I've lived at Autumn Oaks going on two years now. Overall it's been a good experience. I was elected Resident Committee Chairman/Event Planner (although I was self elected). I'll give you some positives and negatives. Positives-priced fairly, nice pool (Lots to look at if you catch my drift...I was able to hook up with a hot babe). Management is extremely nice (especially L)(although don't set trash beside your car or the maintanence guy will complain that he has to pick it up), apartments are super clean and spacious compared to others I looked at, 9/10 times there is no parking problem. Negatives-the noise a little. I've heard a neighbor or two, but a neighor or two has heard a few moans and groans from my apartment as well (someone complained just last month!). Noises don't happen too often though...well, maybe from mine they do...come on, I'm 27 and single! The weight room/exercise room could use an upgrade. Or they could change the name to "the small room with a TV and outdated machine". However, there's a new Gold's Gym being built on Manchester that is suppose to be awesome. Opens in the spring and is less than 5 minutes away. Also, think of this. Every person who has had a bad experience is going to complain. Less than 10% of those who have a good experience will take the time to compliment Autumn Oaks. I think the odds speak favorably. Good luck with your search!
