The high ceilings are nice.
The fireplace smells like gas.
The appliances are new and pretty nice.
The carpet is cheap.
Only a small number of the appartments have balconies.
The walls are THIN.
The paint is cheap and easily marked up.
The insulation is great. I still have to turn on the air from time to time and its almost Christmas.
There is no overhead lighting in the livingroom or bedrooms.
Parking is AWFUL!!!
The staff is un-accomodating.
The lease is exceptionally harsh.

At this price in this neighborhood, you would expect exceptional accomodations and service from the staff and maintenance crew. It is not there! These apartments were poorly built with cheap materials.

I still live there, but I will NOT be renewing my lease. I've also noticed that my building is half empty. Given how horrible parking is, I would hate to see what its like when all the units are full.
