Not worth it - like living in a night club -

feels as if the whole building is going down even when you walk.
Apart from being relatively new, everything else sucks -
no sound insulation. disturbance even when someone walks on the stairs.
cheap quality fixtures
very wierd - fire sprinklers. Does the fire dept not respond in time'
Extremely small balcony (not worth the extra rent they charge)
No security - no dead-bolt or chain lock. they wouldnt let us install e chain lock either.
except for one employee in the office, rest all are extremely rude. especially the manager.
