the place was nice, safe, and had plenty of closet/storage space. obviously, you could hear some neighbors from time to time, but that is expected from apts. the area is clean and well kept. the only problems were the spiders that draped the walls along all the outside of the apartments and the rent is too high for what you get/and the area. we only had trouble with staff a couple times.
